For Patients

Requesting a refill is easy!

Just **call or text** us at **801-662-0265** and our team will get it processed for you.

We accept all standard payment methods.

We also offer **free standard shipping via USPS**.

If you need expedited or special shipping (like on ice), we can do that for an additional fee to cover postage and packaging.

We welcome prescriptions via the method that’s easiest for you.

Electronic prescribing (e-scribe) is our preferred and most common method.

You can also send prescriptions via fax.
